I agree with all the above, never go fly with NCL...just saying we learnt our lesson. Ps also hotels. After 18 cruises booking with NCL ppc's with no perks, our 19th cruise is with a travel agent and amazing. Lesson learned there too.

I totally agree, we are very happy with our lanyard id, we purchased on NCL Star, with a little pocket for money in case we want to play the slots. gift shop under $8.

Thanks gottagetaway for info on handicap cabin we have decided to wait for a smaller ship the jewel and do another Mexican Riviera next Dec as well as this Dec, and save up for Alaska 2016

So have been busy reorganizing our trips etc, but will keep info for down the road.

Bratdel, My sis got me a VB, l am hooked.....

l love it cos so lite to carry, colors vibrant, they make me happy so for this cruise Dec 14 2014.

l have on order (no outlets) from Amazon the small backpack to carry my kindle, my camera, an binocs...and tissues for rambling around the ship. Can't wait til it comes in on Monday (tomorrow) l am way behind the fads but at ripe old age of 68 l don'have to be :-)

On a trip to England my sister and l went to thrift stores and loved it, we shipped items home to U.S. that we couldn't' live without...husbands couldn't' believe we would do such a thing.

Husband and I had almost identical experience as you on a Tucson to Missouri Train trip, We loved the trip, but make sure you go with at least a day ahead if not more. Schedules are not as they say. Service staff were very surly ....train travel would be a lovely experience with some major overhauls. We also let our credit expire...

So totally could understand your review.

I am happy to say husband and I have never been sick with novo virus, we travel on NCL all of our cruises. NCL are wonderful trying to keep all their cruisers safe and I agree with you that it comes down to all of us to do our part of washing our hands diligently. My mum always stressed

Wash Your Hands. Just have a lovely time on your first cruise....the news people get great joy from putting down cruise lines......but we are a faithful group.
