Sorry but I forgot to ask - are Captain's Club benefits "available" on AZ?

Thanks for the tips - looks like the website could be clearer about how to do this.  And I must say trying to reserve shore excursions on the AZ website was tedious.  Oh well.  Host Grandma, thanks for the suggestion - we will check it out.  We did about 20 cruises on Celebrity - starting on the Meridian etc but left X when the ships got too darn big. 

Can someone enlighten me as to how one makes reservations in the specialty restaurants?  The Azamara website is of no help.  We have always booked these online for Crystal, Seabourn, Silversea, RSSC, etc - but when I log in to my account and pull up the booked cruise, I find nothing at all about dining reservations.  Sorry - we've cruised 53 times but first time on AZ.  Our cruise is in Feb 2019.

Info I have seen on internet (take with a grain of salt) indicates no refurbishment has been carried out since construction in 2009.
