I always use the Limousine bus from Narita. It goes right to your hotel.

It's a nice air-conditioned bus and a great way to get to Yokohama after a long flight. You can buy a ticket right at the airport. They will handle your luggage for you.

You'll be in the Minato Mirai area which has lots to do.

The Cup Noodle museum is really interesting and fun. And lots of restaurants & shops all around that area.
