Visiting beautiful Belize on a cruise in January 2019. Circumstances are such that I can not book a snorkel tour in advance. Wondering what tour companies operate out of the Tourism Village (where the ship tenders port). I see that Terminal 4 is call the "Tour Zone". I'm thinking that I'll research the tour operators in advance, and if circumstances allow me to do a tour, I'll walk around and ask who has availability and is able to take a last minute booking. Are there any fish to see off the beach in front of the Local Village and or Jack's Shack? Is it worth carrying my snorkel gear down to those spots? I'm not expecting tons of fish, just interesting underwater sights.
