It also docked at 9am. Hopefully they have optimized the immigration process now.

Last year we had a stop in Incheon onboard the Ovation of the Seas. There was nothing around but concrete and some stairs and bridges to the ship. 8 customs officers came onboard the ship and checked every single passport. The cue went all around inside the ship. Some of the guests made it off the ship at 11 a.m. Many missed their self organized tours. The ship tours where the first getting off the ship of course. Not sure if it is easier now but it seems kind of risky.

Back in June onboard Ovation of the Seas we used HERE KOREA as our tour company. Our tourguide was SUNNY and she was pretty fun and helpful. They offer custom tours for all group sizes. Everything was fine so I can recommend their service.

The big ones above 270 - as seen during the float out and drone shots

Still no animal (: And it looks like they removed the big blue Ovation letters from the stern (back) of the ship

Has endet I guess. Ship was up to Denmark and Norway the last 2 days. Looks like its going back to Bremerhaven.

Yesterday I did a tour at the Meyer Werft. The tourguide told us there are "only" 15 dining venues. 3 others have been changed to casino/gambling areas for the Asians. Also he didnt know what kind of animal comes to the side. Original plan was a raindeer, but that has never been delivered. Also went to Eemshaven yesterday, but still no animal...

I'm also very curious about the music hall, my favourite venue
There's no music hall shown on the deck plan of Ovation. Maybe they expand the shopping and gambling area for the Chinese.

Strange that there is so little information about the ship shortly before its first sail. There are so many informations about Harmony but not the Ovation.
Another (older) information is that the show's name is "The Dream" - http://royalcaribbeanproductions.com/featured-shows/the-dream
I was hoping they put a water slide on it :D
And another photo from this morning:

Is "My Time Dining" also available on Quantum Class Ships or is it only Dynamic Dining Classic and Choice ?

Welcome Mr.Lucky.
you better check out the roll call section of this forum for the Ovation roll calls. It's already pretty busy for the 2016 cruises:

Good luck

Hi. I'm also interested in that.
So is there a shuttle also organized by Celebrity? Can't find that information on Celebritys shore excursions brochure. Probably too cheap :p
Is there also a shuttle back from somewhere downtown or is it just a oneway trip?
Where will it stop?
Thank you for any help!

Question to the drinks-experts on the soda package:
I'd like to stock up some cans in the room for excursions, late-night thirst or whatever.
Do they always open the can before handing it over at the bar or do I get a closed can?
Symphony 13th May 2018 review and compass
in Royal Caribbean International

Thanks for the cruise compasses. We'll be on symphony next week so this helps us a lot with planning how to get from the ship into town each day.
As we're a group of 6, I was wondering if the royal smartphone app provides some kind of ship-internal chat functionality over the ship's WiFi?
I've already downloaded it and logged in, but couldn't find any chat function. Maybe this is just because I'm not on the ship. Chat function was mentioned in some early press announcement last year.
Any information on how to communicate and arrange to meet on such a big ship when travelling with friends would be helpful.
