Does anyone know if there are any diamond perks on a 4 night cruise?

I am having the same issue.

On a 4 night cruise, which is the best night to use the dinner perk?  Meaning, which night has the least desirable food?

Is the diamond perk good at Ocean Cay restaurant?  Also, do you have to book it on board as soon as you get on?

Does anyone know if you can prebook Cagneys or Modernos with a platinum perk or do you have to book it on the ship?
