Very poor customer service.  I used to be such a cheerleader for Celebrity but now this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The March 16 is still showing up on my cruises. Ours was cancelled on 1st May. Asked TA for refund. Not heard anything from X or TA. Will be chasing this up tomorrow.

Due to an inventory error your booking has been cancelled.

I think it's just my booking.

I booked through a TA in the UK. I received an email from them today saying it was cancelled due to an ERROR. They offered alternatives which I have declined. I will look for other adventures in my own time.

My cruise on 16th March 2024 has officially been cancelled. It is what it is. I will find other exciting and interesting things to do

I have contacted my TA to ask celebrity regarding this. Still waiting and waiting for a reply back. However I have come to learn they are not the best TA's. I have also messaged X and they haven't replied either.

Ours is a balcony cabin. It's very frustrating

We are booked on the 16th March 2024 sailing. I am still totally confused whether this is going ahead. I contacted X and they stated it was cancelled. I contacted my TA and they said they hadn't been informed of that. Who do I believe? 

I would suspect that the reason that there are many threads and posts about the wine policy is because so many people care about bring their own wine on board.

 

You may not care about wine, but we aren't always in the majority. For instance I don't eat meat, but still there seem to be a lot more McDonalds and Jack in the Boxes out there than vegetarian restaurants. ;) I just live with the fact that other people feel differently and go about my business and let them go about their's.
