  1. I have been on this diet for about 2.5 weeks. Love it! This is my first official diet ever so I have been really strict with following the guidlines and have lost 15 lbs. I have also added brisk walking for 30 minutes 5 times a week. I think the plan is easy to follow and not as restrictive as Adkins or Southbeach. I had wanted to loose 15 lbs by my 1/27 cruise and have met that goal. I'm shooting for 5 more!

     

    You lost 15 lbs in 2.5 weeks??? If so, what does this diet consist of?
