If you both need to be on the internet at the same time it maybe worth it but u can share the internet and just pay for one device.
Yes, thank you, I'm aware of the possibility to share option. We will both be utilizing at the same time.

In my case, the difference was 2.39 per person per day for the Key 17.99/day vs. the Voom Surf/Stream for 2 devices, 15.60/day. There are only 2 of us in the cabin, so it made sense, for the Chops lunch, but especially for the priority tender, since we have 2 tender ports in Greece.

Actually, for my upcoming cruise, The Key was $2 less per day than Voom Surf/Stream. So I got that instead.

I brought 2 bottles on board the Adventure a couple weeks ago. Brought both to the dining room on separate nights and wasn't charged the $15 fee either time.

COVID tests done! We had booked 5 appointments in a row. Five of us in 2 cars pulled up to CVS and got the vial and swab from the attendant. She gave step-by-step instructions and we swabbed both sides of our nose then placed the swab in the vial, broke off the stem, sealed it up, placed it in the bag then dropped it in the drop box. Easy. Now we wait for the results. They will email us a link to download them.
I just did the same test at CVS this afternoon. So now we cross our fingers and wait. 😃

We (5 of us) are also on the flight from DFW. Staying at the HI Express down the street from the Hilton. I will have to scope out the walk to the Hilton on Friday night to see if it is feasible to push my mom in her wheelchair or if we should just cab it over on Saturday, since we will have luggage.
We really don't have much planned for the week. Park it a chair on the beach or near the pool both days at Coco Cay. A little shopping/eating/drinking in Cozumel and then grab a cab to Gold Rock Beach in Freeport.

Check out Simpson Bay Resort and Marina. This is a great location, on the beach, multiple restaurants and pools on site, a casino, mini market and a Shipwreck Shops. It is also within walking distance to many other great restaurants as well. I stayed there a week in December and am going again for a week in May.

sorry to highjack...is anyone else having issues with the cruise planner? saying my cruise is cancelled...July 17th, but yet I can book another one. I tried 2 browsers - currently on hold w/ RCL
Yes, I am booked for July 17th also. Everything was fine earlier today and I was able to schedule dinner times. I logged back in about 15 minutes ago and got the same message saying the cruise has been suspended. 🤷♀️
I figure it it must be a glitch of some sort.

I received the refund of port fees/taxes on May 11, for my canceled sailing from March 15. It was a casino freebie cruise, so all I had to pay was the port/taxes. I have yet to receive a refund on my pre-purchased internet or spa visits.

Does anyone know what the 20EUR103 (2020 EUROPE SAILINGS OCEANVIEW + $100 FREEPLAY) offer includes? I have not received an email or snail mail on that one, but found it under my list of offers.
I DID receive the email/snail mail for the Caribbean 20SUN102 offer (2020 SEPT- DEC CARIBBEAN SAILINGS BALCONY + $200 FREEPLAY).
Thanks!

I have 10225 on my upcoming cruise. The cruise ticket says the cabin, including the bathroom is 204 sq. ft and the balcony is 102 sq. ft.

Happy to have run across this thread. Love the videos. I'm sure my parents and I will meet you the week of 8Dec, as we are in the casino most of the time (except for eating and sleeping 😁).

I took advantage of a special last month on the Poesia. It was supposed to include regular color, cut, style and a manicure. However, I had just had a gel manicure done right before I left for the cruise, so I didn't need my nails done. They let me "customize" and do full head of highlights instead of the regular color and the manicure part of the package. I think the total was something like 115 EUR, which was a great price, since I had (prior to the cut) long thick curly hair about 3/4 way down my back. The stylist did a fantastic job and even gave me a blow out and straightened my hair.
Edit to add that I bought the package the 1st day on board.

Hi all! My parents and I are going on the Empress to Cuba next month. In looking at the excursions offered thru Royal, they are all saying it is "42 steps" to where you pick up/board the busses. My mom uses a wheelchair but can walk a little bit.
My question is...are they actual steps, as in a staircase? If so, does anyone recall there being a railing?
Thanks!

There are 2 types of soap. One looks more in color and consistency like a bar of Coast. The color it comes in is light blue, dark blue, green, cream, and red, (but don't bother with the red, it is medicated and we later found out it is for skin problems like scabies). I think each color may have a different scent. The other type is a glycerine soap. It comes in different scents, almond, coconut, and aloe (I think), the bar was green, so I'm assuming. I have bought/used both types and like each
The Coast type soap is sold individually packaged in a little plastic bag for about $1 US each, and can be found at almost every stop your tour will make, also in town at the vendors area....look for the umbrellas when you get off the ship.
I did find a deal at the local pharmacy (about 2 blocks from the main street where you pick up tours/cabs) on the glycerine type, they had 3 prepackaged bars of soap for a little less than $2. The prices at the pharmacy are in the local currency (EC dollars?), and if I remember correctly, each of their dollars is worth about $2.50 US. They also had the Coast type packaged individually, I didn't price those, but would imagine that they are cheaper than $1.
We also found the pharmacy one of the best prices to buy souvenirs. I bought a bag full of soap, hot sauce, coconut essence, pure vanilla and some other stuff for about $8.00 US.
I understand that there is also a grocery (an IGA perhaps?) store somewhere nearby the pharmacy. So, if you are looking for hotsauce or other food items made on Dominica that might be the place to look.

How was the food tour? Would you recommend? I'm traveling with a friend who owns 2 food tour companies, so I know he will be interested in this.
