  1. The drills help, but I think Panic and people not staying calm are the biggest factors in it not being a smooth process. In the military we have a saying, this plan will not survive first contact. meaning that when IT hits the fan, planing goes out the window.

  2. 40 LBS is amazing!

    I use the food and exercise log of SPARK and it really helps...of course you have to LOG EVERYTHING ( I never really liked Math) but it helps me when I see it staring me in the face!

     

    Does anyone else use a food log?

     

     

    I have found food logs to be the best for know where you are at. I love everything I eat, and work out 4-5 days a week. Down 1 more lbs this week.

  3. We are USAF currently stationed in Germany. We have booked an RCI cruise in June 2012 that goes out from Barcelona. Hubby is active duty and has his blues as well as a nice suit. Is it appropriate on a sailing outside of the US to wear his blues? For OPSEC reasons as well?

     

     

    I wear mine any time I sail, I would check with the ATO office on the ports of call, but there should be no problems in wearing his blues. Enjoy your cruise.
