Can I use gift cards to put as onboard credit to cover daily gratuities, photos, excursions or anything else I may buy? I'd like to buy a gift card whenever I have extra funds and stock up on them and then add to my account, can this be done? TIA!

I just wanted to pass along some more information for those that have asked...

 

I contacted my resource at Blue Kay (the person that I emailed back and forth with questions prior to me going there) to ask about the new AI package options and if you had to purchase one in order to go there now.

 

He told me that it is just an option for cruisers and you are not required to purchase any package and any cruisers are welcome to just come and hang out and purchase food and drinks on your own.

 

So I thought I would pass along this info. :)

Help me understand the policy for cancelling please. If I book a 2016 trip and pay the deposit, if I want to change or cancel before paid in full date, do I lose anything? TIA!

Are there any Nickelodeon characters on the Sun? Per NCL website, I didn's see them listed. Anyone travel recently on the Sun that could advise? TIA! :)

Thanks everyone for all the info on the Sun. I'll be on in 38 days out of Tampa 3/1 and can't wait. For those that got upgrades, how far/close did you call to inquire? I'm also on the Oslo deck 6102 and either way I'm happy to be anywhere on the ship but an upgrade would be an awesome thing as well. TIA!

I have used SAS Transportation 2 seperate times. They've picked us up from the hotel in FLL straight to POM. Usually early. When you get off the ship just call and they are usually nearby waiting on you. I belive it was $15pp each way.
