I heard a rumor that Cruise with Confidence is only available outside of the US.  Can anyone confirm this?  I was just starting to relax regarding our upcoming cruise in 3 weeks.

Can someone please tell me when you purchase a multiple day dining package are there any limitations on which restaurants you can choose? For instance can you eat each dinner at the Tuscan grille?  Thank you for your assistance!
