Roger, great photos. You got both grizzly and black bears. I love the shot of the black bear in the tree along with the eagle eyeing him. I'd say you had a good day there.

The restaurants at the Hyatt are very good. I like Grill 66 for dinner and Pelican Landing for lunch, though Pelican also serves dinner if you prefer something very casual. The next closest restaurants are China Grill, Market 17, Bimini Boatyard, and Bravo, all good and just over the bridge.
