The conversion of cruises to points if very unfair. I called the crown and anchor society customer center and they said they will give you 7 cruise credits for every cruise point you have but this is not true. Example if you have 6 cruises you get 45 points, 7 cruises 52 points, but 8 cruises you get 69 points, 17 points more than 7. How did they come up with that? The new and improved program is new and unfair!!!
