I just booked this for my precruise stay in November. My daughter works for Hilton so got a great family and friends rate. Their website states that they are now debuting their $150Million renovations so I'm guessing it is completed.

You can enter it in advance. They don't actually do anything with it until you check in at the port.

Yes, I use a TA and RCCL was more than happy to help me. All I had to do was give them my booking ID and confirm sailing date and ship. I actually asked my TA to call first and he told me they would not give him that information. I called this numer: 1-888-305-4626

I called today about mine which I redeemed in December and January for a cruise the middle of March...was told it was not there yet but that they usually aren't posted until about two weeks before and to call back then. I will definitely be bringing my confirmations just in case.

Also just returned from the 5 day Enchantment cruise. It was wonderful. I think the food was the best we've had on any of our cruises. This was the 2nd time we've been on the Enchantment, one post-stretch. I loved all the changes they've made. The bedding is wonderful.
Debbie83: There is both a pool buffet and a gala buffet on the 5 night. The pool buffet was the 3rd night, the gala the 4th night.
We did Chops and highly recommend it. The food and service was great!
A website/luggage tag problem

I was told by RCCL that the luggage tags always have the C&A status of the lowest level in the cabin. As long as your set sail pass lists your correct status you're all good!
