ok- lets ask questions to your question.
will you spend more time on the balcony or in the cabin?
when we cruise the only time we are in the room is when we sleep or when we shower- we spend more time on a balcony so spending that extra money for a suite is not for us.
You get no perks except priorty boarding.
Its also very forward-- August/Sept is prime time hurricane season. If you hit rough waters you will feel the most of the motion.
I would stay where you are.
Most times of the day you will be up on the lido deck aft either eating or pool.
it puts you closer to the MDR too
Good advice, staying put, thank you! :D

Hi! I'm looking for some advice. I am sailing on the Carnival Breeze Aug 2.
Should I stay put in my aft balcony #8475 or should I pay for a suite #7230? They both have 60 sf balcony.
Opinion please.
Thank you!

If I took that beautiful photo, I would blow it up (Costco) and frame it, it's gorgeous!!!

You have me on the edge of my seat, waiting for the next port. Congratulations on your marriage & writing skills.
My 11 year old son and I (dad has to work) are sailing on the Breeze, same itenary Aug 2, 2012. One bummer is we will be in Rome on a Sunday. I understand that the Vatican is closed. :(
I wanted to ask you if you felt secure in Barcelona? I'm a little cautious about being alone in Barcelona with my son; will be staying one night before cruise and one night after.
Thank you for writing this and sharing your photos. I have so many questions about the ports and I'm sure they will be answered as your journey continues.

My very first cruise was 1981 on the Pacific Princess, aka The Love Boat.
I was a big fan of the show. We received an upgrade to a picture window.
The pool was a big round tub. No hot tub.
The food and service were fantastic!
