Any input on Navigator's new Deck 12 balcony cabins? It's really hard to find information on these!
Good afternoon, We were on the May sailing of the Navigator with you we met at Moody Gardens. I had room 1876 and we loved it. It was very roomy and the new tables on the balcony were wonderful. Wish I knew you wanted to look at it I would have been happy to show you. I do have pictures on my camera I will work on downloading them and post them for you. You will love the cabin and it was very quiet!

We have done both the Epic and the Allure. I pick Allure hands down. We were a group of 6 in our family and everyone hated the Epic. The bathroom set up is just stupid and the casino is in the middle of the ship so smoke from the smokers in the casino is all over the ship. The Epic had some good shows but the ones on the Allure were a bit better I think. Also my kids (who are now 25 and 22) have been cruising since the older one was 2 and they have always said Royal had a better program for kids. Just my opinion of course but Allure wins with my family hands down!

We had this cabin on the Jewel. The balcony is great, one of the best we have ever had. I did find we heard quite a bit of noise from the centrum at night. We are not night owls so we were in our room by midnight each night and some nights it was still noisy. If you like us are not night owls the noise may bother you but if you can take a bit of noise the cabin is great. Since we have read other reviews and were aware of the noise issue we took ear plugs and had no issue. Would I stay in this room again yes!

The big red boat was also our family's first cruise in March of 1991 for my oldest sons 2nd birthday. We just celebrated his 25 th birthday this week! It was a wonderful week we did a 3 day cruise and 4 day disney. We did the shorter cruise longer disney because we did not know if we would like cruising. Now 60+ cruises later I think we liked it.

This happened fast. We got off the ship Tuesday and all was pretty good, heard of a few sick but not enough to worry. Glad we did not do b2b. Feel bad for all those who got sick, not the way to spend your vacation!

When I called this morning I was told the upgraded buffet was still listed but as we got further into the conversation it was rechecked and it is included in the suite cabanas ant nellies beach cabanas. Then I was given the whole check your reservations it says subject to Change on it. Was also given the excuse sometimes the vendors make changes. Tried to explain the vendor is them but nothing changed. The final answer I got is no longer included in nellies beach cabanas is the water or buffet from what they see this morning, nothing will be given to make up change. Hope someone gets a different answer then I got......

One thing I did notice on the Navigator was no pool, like a wading pool or pool slide for kids. Not sure if this would make a difference to you or not!
