From what I understand there are some staples that are served every night, and a changing menu. What is the same is that both main dining rooms serve the same menu each night. 

Seasoned (Platinum) cruiser - but first time sailing NCL as well as solo! Specifically chose NCL because of the rave reviews for solo experience. With that said, I am torn, and would love some input based on your experiences please.

I am going early January, currently booked on Escape. However, I keep second guessing myself with Epic for HALF the price for equally appealing ports- I have been to all on both itineraries, minus GSC. I have done my research- I know that it has a weird layout, the bathroom set up, older, etc. But it also seems to have plenty of qualities that do appeal to me. I have made a pros and cons list, and both are coming out evenly. But with not having experienced either, or anything NCL to compare it to, I am afraid to make the switch. 

What have you loved or hated about each? Is Escape worth 2x more in your opinion- why or why not?

I was in a HCA 4J cabin for my last cruise on Liberty. Received a phone call about a week out asking me if I would be "willing" to move to an 8F balcony!!!! Good luck!

I am getting ready to print out our stuff for next week. We are switching cabins between legs (from all 4 of us in a balcony, to having our boys/DH and I in connecting OV rooms). My question is whether we need luggage tags for that second leg, since we/steward move everything?

I honestly think the part of debarkation/re-embarkation, and being able to explore the beauty of the ship, with no one around, is the part I am most excited for. I am really looking forward to that experience!!

My apologies for disappearing. I have a very fickle computer that decides for itself when it chooses to work (or not). For a week now it has refused to come on. :mad: It does this...and in a few days it will probably work again. If not' date=' I know one person who will be taking advantage of the tax-free weekend in a big way!!

 

I have my ipad, but it's no fun to type a review on that. I may have to, though, as I'm eager to keep reliving my trip!

Can't wait! Been enjoying it all so far- your writing, the pictures, everything! We are doing our first B2B on her Oct 19-28 (during which I go Platinum!). Never been on Victory, or the rest of this class.

Oh, definitely! If they receive the OBC that means at least some folks that did this are getting some benefit.

 

I just don't want to get my hopes up too high thinking I'll have this nice OBC when I board and then not get it. Maybe I'll just revert to Negative Nelly mode and assume that I won't get it and then I can be pleasantly surprised if I do!

I am going in assuming I will not get it- not factoring it in to my "mental" OBC. If I do get it, WONDERFUL! If not, I am not out a darn thing- other than the less than 15 seconds it took to click the link, and fill out the form.

Has anyone that did this sailed yet? I would love to hear confirmation of if it worked, and when it showed on your account (can you see ahead of time in booking, or does it just show when you check in at port?).
