He was storing up for the winter last week in Alabama.

I was sitting on the balcony at Tropical Isle, looked down a side street towards Jackson Square. Not the best pic, but I had been on Bourbon Street "doing what the locals do" for a week or so. But its still a pretty cool shot.

Our duaghter got married a year ago. She loves the beach, and wanted a beach theme wedding. She could not go on the previous cruise, or week long house rental in Cozumel, but my neice who was her maid of honor went. We went to beaches everywhere and collected sand for her center pieces at the head table. And the shells in them were from the carib as well, that we collected. Everyone else got sand from the hardware store and walmart shells! We took tons of pics collecting it and she really was brought to tears when we came back with "real" beach sand for her.

I did not do the first cruise door. But I have done the rest. I did a friends door, her DD was turning 12 on her first cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I decorated their door with lots of cut outs of bday stuff. And hung a bday banner up. Some jerk actually tore it down! And it said her age, so the jerk knew he was hurting a kid! I will do it again next year for her, and what happens happens. But just to put it out there for people to think about............I put my time in it for a kid and you tore it down in 3 seconds. Thanks, and think before you do it again please.:(

What is a cupid? I think I want to be a newpid. I cruise with a group of 9-14 with a trip every year!! This sounds fun........;)

I have Sprint and they cover St thomas and San Juan, no roaming applies, because they are US terretories. No so with bahamas. Check with ATT to make sure!

SAS transportation. Took us from Port of Mia, to FLL hotel after cruise for 13 per person. Very affordable, and a super new van--we had 9 plus luggage. The driver even did a little tour type thing while he was driving us around.

I would do 2 inside cabins, they are the cheapest ones. I would also look for a cruise departing from someplace that you could drive to, airfare for 5 could really be big bucks!

I am booked on my 3rd Carnvial cruise! Glory here I come in 35 days! Love CCL!
