Booked solo cruise on Carnival Magic September 17, 2022..  Widowed about 2 years ago but really miss cruising. We really loved cruising.  A little hesitant. Anyone else solo on this cruise?

Do they automatically seat solo travelers together for MDR?

Are the Dive movies also shown on the TV?

Not to have in your room. You have to pre order. Otherwise they keep it till end of cruise. 

I made reservations in the Italian restaurant. It tok 3 days for confirmation. After a week I think I would call. 

I know the spa does not have the thalossal (sp) pool but does it have a whirlpool/hot tub as is the case with Horizon?

There is a compny you can rent a wheelchair from. They will deliver it right to your cabin before you ever get on board. Also Carnival will provide assistance getting on the ship. 

We usually get Carnivals Insurance. Last year we had booked B2B. Cruises on Horizon. We cancelled the transatlantic and with a doctors letter we were completely reimbursed. We did go on the Med Cruise as he had finished his radiation treatments. That was a mistake as he was still weak and could not eat well. If you did not buy the insurance before your diagnosis the  most you would probably get is a credit for your deposit. Had you already made full payment? Best wishes with your treatments! 

There was some news recently regarding a lot of passengers being arrested as they were getting off the ship due to use and possession of drugs. Cannot remember what ship or cruise line.

Has definitely changed. Don’t see the breakdown of charges. 

How can we find out how many ships will be in port?

Can you take a bus to Baby Beach or do u have to take a cab?
