  1. I'm looking to book first time with Azamara . Unfortunately there are no balcony cabins left as it is a very popular itinerary. There are 3 sea days and I wondered , as it is a small ship, if it's very hard to get a bed out on deck either in shade or sun. Do people reserve beds and just go away for ages ? Is this monitored at all?

I would be extremely grateful for any comments.

    Thanks.

  2. I have tried to find a thread but havent succeeded. Is there noise from the communal areas above deck 4 on the Azamara Journey. Unfortunately there is hardly any choice on the sailing I am interested in. I would be grateful for any comments.

    Thanks.

  3. My husband and I are looking for a more upmarket cruise for next year and would like to try Oceania for the first time. I have seen a cruise for next year which incorporates Cuba. Is it worth paying the extra to do the Concierge level or is there not much difference? I would very much appreciate your feedback.

    Thanks.

  4. if you book online go to excursions desk immediately after safety drill and ask if they will refund original payment to your card and then rebook using OBC

Have you actually done this before?

  5. We have just booked a cruise and we have some on board credit which we would like to spend on excursions. we tired to book trips in advance but have been told that you have to book them whilst on board. Also that they could be sold out or more expensive. We have never cruised with Cunard before so didn't realise this could be a problem.

Are there usually still excursions available when you get on board.

    Thanks

  6. Thanks everyone for the info. We are looking at a company called Riveria Travel who do river cruises and are based in the UK. I was hoping it would be dry in October even though a little chilly but I guess it's very hard to predict.

  7. I have a cabin on hold for a day on the Navigator for August . As I have never been on a Regent cruise before, and this is for a special occasion, I have been reading about vibration problems so now I am a little concerned. Will I be very aware of it on deck 5 in cabin 525. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
