Quick question about what rooms can I expect to be allowed to bid on. I’m currently booked in a Neighborhood Balcony Guarantee room on the Allure OTS for our end of February cruise. I figure we would be given an opportunity for an OV Balcony and a JS, but I was hoping we might also get a chance at a GS. Anyone with history with RoyalUp coming from this stateroom category on an Oasis class ship?
We are an ocean view balcony on the symphony and we allowed to bid on a grand suite, owners suite and 2 bed owners suite as well as junior suite, and spacious balcony.

I received a Royal up email 2 days after my room was booked. I have an oceanview balcony and was able to bid on a junior suite, grand suite, owners suite, 2 bed owners suite, and a loft. I’m less than a week out now and all show expired except my grand suite and I cannot alter the bid on it or cancel it either.

I liked the Oasis better than the Anthem personally. But both are great ships. Since you have to wear masks in public places I liked that Oasis had a lot of outdoor areas that you could take the masks off.

You may be thinking of the specialty restaurants. I believe you can't have multiple items at those.

Were there any kids using the solarium adults only pool on the sea days?

Just checked the website and finally got my assignment. Paid for a BX and got room 11882 a BC on Breakaway.

You can't see land from your balcony while out at sea. You can get ice cream, pizza and room service 24/7 and I never saw any wings served.

I priced out comfort suites. The room was about $260 But with taxes and fees it almost hit $400! And I'd still have to get transportation. The carnival excursion comes to $260 for the 4 of us and includes transportation. That said, I'm still leaning towards the British colonial Hilton. It's walking distance, only $120 and includes an $80 food credit that can also be used for drinks!

Do you mind saying what you paid? We're thinking of doing the same thing.
I believe just "the dig" is 40 per person not including transportation. With carnival's deal you get that plus transport and the aquaventure pass for only $60 more per person (adult).

Thanks so much! Carnival is offering a half day excursion for aquaventure and dig for $100 per adult and $60 for children. My 6 year old loves water parks and I love the fact that the bus ride over is included. I just didn't want to spend $60 on my little ones pass.

Are 2 yr olds charged for the day pass at atlantis thru carnival? I see it says to book on the ship for the excursion for under 3 years. I just need to know how much to budget for this :)
