We are currently sailing on the Sillhouette. Just yesterday my Wife was trying to search out someone to make her a bramble but we just got blank looks until we found Juan in the Ensamble bar. He admitted he hadn’t made one before but was willing to give it a go. It wasn’t perfect but his willingness to at least try and then adjust the drink to taste meant that we filled in a feedback form thanking Juan for his help.

The next day got even better as the beverage manager tracked us down and then introduced us to Alex in the world class bar who then created a Bramble from scratch making blackcurrent purée as we watched.
