Good morning all, Larry & I have had two minor quakes here, yesterday down in Baja and this morning up near Redlands, and only a few miles from Larry & Cherie. To small for us to really feel here. Both registered a 4.1 and 4.0

We are Debbie & Williejan and live about 10 miles up north from Amsterdam the Netherlands. For us it will be our second T/A cruise.

I,m trying to work out how everything works on cruise critics so it may take a while so please have patience with me. We hope to meet you all on the ship.

About halloween and costumes, I just had it confirmed that a little group of 3 couples have picked some costumes that will ensure us membership in the NC, so yes, many of us boys will be dressing up even if it means getting some more luggage :(.

We were on the Oasis last year with Halloween and it was one big party but in Holland we don,t celebrate Halloween so we didn,t have costumes while most of the passengers did. From what others have said RCI do pull out all the stops for Halloween and I for one am planning on wearing a costume and some others are looking for stuff too.

Welcome to our group! We are Karen & David from Maryland and are very excited for this cruise, our first TA. As Peter mentioned, Halloween should be a fun time on the ship. We didn't want to pack entire costumes (due to lack of both luggage space and imagination!) so I'm bringing a fancy mask and DH will wear some fun accessories--just so we stay in the spirit of the evening.

We will be on Liberty Of the Seas doing a T/A from Barcelona to Ft Lauderdale. We leave on October 27,2012. Was wondering who has done this T/A during Halloween & what activities were planned? Since this is a T/A, children will be at a minimum so what will be planned for all the fun adults on the cruise?:p

 

I was wondering the same as we are going on the T/A Liberty this year, so I will let you know. I do hope so as it,s a great party

Yes Royal Caribbean do Halloween big. We were on the Oasis last year and it was one BIG party and most of the passengers were dressed up too.

We will be on a 45d cruise this Halloween on HAL - I've heard we may have decorations, but most (if not all) people won't dress up.

Hi Wayfairers we were on a caribbean cruise last year with halloween and they told us the same thing so i didn,t bring anything but nearly everybody was dressed up, that was on a RCCL cruise so don,t know if that will be different to a HAL one.
