  1. I got an email a couple of days ago that linked to a bunch of $10 inside cabins, $25 ocean view. I don't gamble often in the casino so I know I didn't earn it that way. I honestly thought their website had been hacked. I selected something from all the available ones and put it on hold for 24 hours. I called my PVP to see if this was legit. He assured me that it was. I could not pass up an 8 day southern Caribbean cruise for two in a OV cabin at $450 with taxes and port charges included. $56 a day for room, food and entertainment. Shoot my car payment is more then that. I feel very fortunate to have received this opportunity and pray that each one of you receive an offer like this as well.

  2. I got one from the excursion desk the second day of the cruise. They told me that they hold a number of them to sell onboard. The cabana is definitely worth the cost especially if you don't have FTTF. If you get a cabana you also get on the first tender boat.

  3. Yeah, they typically restock within a week or so...just check back every day...they'll probably be back shortly.

BTW, they usually only allow you to buy 5 cards of each denomination every week (for example, you're only allowed to buy five $500 and five $100 per week...for a total of $3000 in gift cards each week), so for your needs, you'll definitely want the $500 cards.

Thanks Flyer thankfully we have a little time before we sail.

  4. We did a vow renewal for our 25th anniversary aboard the Glory two years ago. Two of my brothers and their wives were on the cruise with us. About two months before we sailed I found out my father in law and his girlfriend were booked on the same cruise. It was the perfect opportunity to surprise my wife with this. The wedding department took care of everything. I secretly met up with the planner on day two of the cruise and we set it up for day 5. All I had to do was propose to my wife again and hope she said yes. As a bonus my father in law got to walk his daughter down the aisle to me. Well worth the cost in my book.

  5. We did this to celebrate our 25th anniversay while aboard the Carnival Glory. If I remember correctly it set me back about $350 or so. It was money well spent. I surpised my lady with a proposal in Freeport with diamond earrings. The Captain preformed our ceremony that evening after sailing away. We had 6 other family members with us on this cruise including my wives father who got to walk her down the aisle. Mad brownie points for me.

  6. Shrimp is only available the first day but every day there are three choices and could be beef, chicken, pork, calamari or salmon. There are always three sauces ranging from mild to spicy. The other choices are usually two types of noodles and a variety of veggies. I really like the wok and will miss it when it is eventually replaced on all of the ships.

They aren't really getting rid of the wok on all of the ships are they?

    Please say it ain't so.:(:(

  7. We will be in Nassau Dec 18 onboard the EOS. We will have our two grandkids age 7 and 9 with us. I am thinking that they would love the Aquaventure and the Digs excursion that RCCL is offering. I believe it is $99 adult and $69 for the kids. My concern is that it will be too cool for them to enjoy the waterpark. Anyone have any thoughts on a backup plan if the weather sucks that particular day?
