At the slot machine.  The only cruise we have ever needed a voucher was on the Celebrity Infinity last February and we have cruised on all but 3 ships with Royal.

I was on the Enchantment this past February and needed vouchers, they did say say they were going to upgrade.

i moved all my cancelled cruises earlier this year to jan and feb of 2021. now i am starting to think those ones wont happen either and it annoys me. i am from Minnesota so i fly down for 7 day or longer cruises and do back to back. but it seems like when cruises starts up its going to be short cruises and small ships.this really sucks because club royale is not letting me move my current cancelled reservations. so if this keeps up i wont sail at all in 2021 im pissed. i spent a lot of money in the casino to earn these free* cruises!

I also spent a lot to get a b2b2b on Anthem in Nov. that was cancelled. Within the last hour an agent told me they are now not offering any replacement cruises only credit or refund.

  3. I had a b2b2b on Anthem starting Nov. 13, OV, Balcony and JS comped with casino certificates. I was told same thing as others pick a current offer in Jan. or Feb. on on Mariner or Navigator in whatever cabin cat. that offer states.  My exact cabins were available at the time, Oct. 7, on the Anthem beginning 10-30-21 for a b2b2b but no "lift and shift" for casino certificates is allowed. Since I already have the offers they want me to transfer too the agent said my certificates were basically useless. Thanks Casino Royale.

  4. Was wondering if any CC members were on this cruise this past Jan, and could answer some questions:

Where the drinks prices different than normal Royal cruises?

    Where room changes/upgrades allowed?

    Was check-in through Royal online?

    Was Sea Pass card used?

Did Royal Guest Services handle issues?

Was the main dinning room used?

Did the Casino provide cash for 5% or waived for Casino Royale members.

    How were excursions booked?

Anything else noticeably different than a normal cruise?

I was lucky enough to win a spot on the 2019 Power Cruise and would appreciate any heads up. Thanks
