Give them a call and inform them of your Dietary requirements and they will assist, I have Coeliac Disease and I am also Lactose intolerant. They have always catered well for me, so it should not be an issue.

WD40 works a treat as well

I saw a post somewhere over on one of the FB sites, querying the same thing. The reply they got was this option is only available in store......

Thank you all for the information, i will be making good use of both the laundry and Laundry service, less to do on my return :)

Dave, it's a really easy walk into Brugge, you don't even need a map, just follow the crowd (that's what we did). Have done Brugge 5 times with P & O twice by taxi (v easy but a €50 trip per taxi each way - so roll call and share) 2 times on the P & O trip, and once in the train. I will now always do out by train, easy cheap and the same distance walk in as the P & O trip.

We are thinking of getting all our clothes that need it, laundered before we leave ship, rather than face the washing machine in our return 😳 Has anyone any idea of costs,is it per item or by the 'bag'.

You can take on what you like (within reason) for consumption in your cabin, we took a couple of bottles of Prosecco, and topped up during the week.

They are made to order, but from pre-mix ingredients, for example a margarita is not made with fresh limes but concentrate, same with some of the others spirits added to various concentrates, they taste OK Just find your favourite.....

This one has been updated and had a rock climbing wall and a 18 hole minuiture golf course.....,but there is a 6500sq Begas Styke casino for those who like them
-
Just read on the official FB Thomson site, itineraries released in April and all 5 ships under the Thomson cruises brand?? So no IE then??
-
Shame, it's the climbing wall and probably what it stands for that makes it a no for me......I wonder if it will be flagged as Thomson or if it will be IE branded. I understand that they are yet to release the new name.

This year we are also going with another cruise line having has a really nice taster cruise on them. Food was superior to Thoms and entertainment very good as well.
Also addicted to the P & O mini cruises - to get my cruise fix in :)

How many Black tie nights should we expect on a two week cruise? and are all the other night just standard MDR wear....long time till we go but a lady has to plan her wardrobe and the January sales will be with us soon

Have booked this a last minute break, I cant find anything on roll call, but was looking to see if any one else would like to share a Taxi into Brugge with my mother and I. Would prefer a taxi as they can get into town rather than the P & O trip coach trip which i understand drops you a little out of town. (mum has recently had a knee replacement so mobile as long as she does not do too much). Happy to arrange this for any one who's interested, looking to go into Brugge around 10/10.30 and returning about 4hrs later.

They can travel in style now:-)

Bits may have been blacked out for the faint hearted.....but look at his reflection in the mirror ........ One would hope that he wore a black one for formal nights as lime green is not acceptable for anything other than casual:p

A long time ago......when i was dancing for a living the OP's comments may have been true, i was offered cruise liner work, it was a standing joke at that time it, didn't matter how bad you were as because of the client base age, they were either deaf, partially sighted or immobile ;)so you had a captive audience!
How times have changed, and i would (if i was still treading the boards) give my right eye to be a part of any cruise line entertainment crew.
I would also like to add my uncle up until his sudden death last year was a guest entertainer on P & O, and he was most definitely not a peacock :)

Can concur with everything that you said, and yes i agree that the food was improved upon the celebration last year and back to the same standard as our first as well. Even presentation was improved

Have a look over on the Thomson Roll call page there might be a post on there, if not start one :)
-

We are booked on Oceana departing from Venice, however we are arriving a day early to spend some extra time in Venice and will make our own way over to the cruise Terminal. Can anyone tell me from what time we will be able to get ourselves 'processed'. As ideally we would like to have breakfast at our Hotel, drop off cases and do all relevant paperwork to get our boarding cards, then enjoy the rest of the day in Venice.
TIA :)
