  1. I just rang Azamara Customer Services to advise them that I am concerned as I am due to board the Journey on 16 March , but have been unable to request any luggage labels .

    I have cruised with Azamara several times and when checking in online usually there is a tick box for requesting luggage tags.

    Customer Services have just informed me that " we no longer issue luggage tags to the UK. You have to collect them at the pier".

    Has anyone else from the UK had a similar problem?

  2. Since 2010 I have sailed on Azamara Quest 5 times and had been planning on booking my 6th cruise in the next few weeks.

    Really disappointed to find that the only loyalty rewards that were of any interest to me ,i.e free internet minutes, are being scrapped!

    I am unsure as to how the Azamara marketing team can convince me that these changes are about anything other than penny pinching.

     

    I do not feel rewarded for my loyalty to the Azamara brand! Guess it is time to take my loyalty elsewhere!
