Is anyone else experiencing great difficulty contacting MSC. .? We are booked on cruise from 28/7/2021 and cannot get our tickets as we booked directly with MSC and no one answers the phone and no email is available. Would hate to arrive at port and be refused because we don’t have tickets. Have checked in online but told to contact agent for tickets which is of course MSC.

Thankyou everyone. We did check deck plan but when we booked a year in advance it did have a CL for D+.
Seems unless you are pinnacle they are cutting back the perks .

We are diamond plus members and were very disappointed on recent cruise on Adventurer that we could not use Concierge lounge( our old lounge now turned into cabins) there wer over 300 people trying to get into Diamond lounge and the lovely club atmosphere is now gone.
I believe that RCI is now doing this on lots of ships and the opportunity to meet like minded cruisers is diminished.
Can anyone tell me which ships still have the concierge lounge for diamond plus guests ?

Can anyone recommend transport from Manhattan to Cape Liberty , prices and times etc. better to take taxi cab or uber ?

we are staying in Manhatten and then joining RCI at Cape Liberty. Can any New Yorker tell us best way to get there , price of taxis etc? Does royal caribbean do transport from city ?

I read in Cruise critic that Cunard were reviewing their alcohol policy. Look up Queen Elizabeth section

just about to sail and read that they are changing policy that we can buy alcohol in ports and enjoy it in our own cabin. Also can we still take 2 bottles wine on board at embarkation?

about to go on canary isl cruise and wonder if cunard still give slippers and body lotion ,shampoo etc in cabins. RCL have now stopped these .

We have just sailed with Captain Jason to Brazil and had the delight of being on his table. He is extremely professional but with a wicked dry sense of humour. We love the Azamara captains

We thought it would be easy to get a taxi to the station but they refused to take us as they want a longer fare.the walk for 4 seniors on a very hot day pulling cases was exhausting. Trying to go up & down stairs at station with baggage was a killer and when the train came it was crowded and almost impossible to get a seat. The next time we arranged a pickup for 70 euros and it was well worth it.

Booked the cruise late August for end November cruise including flights. Now on sale still with flights at approx £400 pp cheaper.
Thats the complaint .yes I do have the choice and next time I'll wait to last minute

We also received this email. I am very unhappy as we are about to go on QE and the fare has dropped dramatically for balcony cabin. We bought at getaway many months ago and are therefore not allowed any OBC or upgrades according to Cunard. I will never book early with Cunard again .it is not worth giving them our money upfront.
