For example? What sorts of things were done. Lots of things could be done to make just about all of the ships a little easier for disabled passengers. I would love to know what has been started.
Thanks. My daughter and I have a temporary hold on obstructed oceanview cabin 4099 on Holland America Zuiderdam for their 73 night Grand Africa voyage this October. This cabin is in between two lifeboats and probably has large metal girders/ structures outside its window. I am not as concerned with the visual obstruction as I am with any noise issue outside this cabin. It is right next to a cabin of a higher category. Is anyone able to give me some more information about this?
Thanks! Nancy.

I can imagine the terror the passengers, crew and Captain must be enduring. My husband and I were on this very ship, the Viking Sky, about 8 months ago. I love the Viking ocean fleet! It was one of my favorite cruises: 14 nights from London to Bergen. The Norwegian fjords are simply spectacular in scenery. I hope everyone is safely rescued soon.

We recorded it too & will invite our companions to come see it in a couple weeks.
We have viewed it 2 times already, particularly since we will be on V Sea next month for our 1st Viking Ocean cruise!! Enjoyed the program so much & especially seeing all the gorgeous areas on the ship!!!
Yes, my husband and I saw Mighty Ships: The Viking Sea on the Smithsonian Channel too, and really enjoyed seeing the running of the ship we will be on (along with you, Cruisin Kay) in about two weeks.
