How does Noel Tours compare to Bernard's? We are deciding between the two. Does he give you any time to shop? Where does he meet you? And what time does his tour leave?

Noel Tour starts at 9:00 but if your ship arrives later then I think he starts like a half hour or so afer the ship docked. Yes, he gives you time to shop.

We took Cosol tours 2 years ago and had a wonderful time. The tour gave a full experience of the island, was very personal, and got us back to the ship in plenty of time. Glad to hear he is still getting great reviews!
