  1. I think they have the US 3-prong type plugs, but also a couple EU Type-C plugs.

But if you're asking what kinds of Type-C adapters work, that depends on your equipment. I think whatever gets plugged into an outlet onboard needs to be OK with 110V / 60Hz power (what the ship provides), or converting from 110V/60Hz to 230V / 50hz

  2. I'll add my datapoint:

My recent Discovery Princess (September 2023) experience was generally very good. Gigi's, Sabatini's, Salty Dog (poutine goes really great w/ the Belgian beer on tap...!), Ocean Terrace, Slice, Bistro Sur le Mur, MDR, and breakfast in the buffet were all quite tasty. Crown Grill unfortunately fell short of our expectations this time on our steaks (everything else was great), because they came out completely unseasoned. Hopefully just a blip!

Interesting as I was on the Princess Chat yesterday & they gave me the following number 1-800-774-6237 but your phone number sounds better. What information did they want from you?

    Tom😀

They asked me what email address I used to send it in. They used that to search through their (presumably large) backlog of emails. Good luck!!

  4. YMMV, but here's my data point:

I submitted my request for my December 2021 and March 2022 sailings on October 7. Nothing posted by October 15, so I called the phone number (800 872 6779 ext. 30317) listed on the information sheet that day. After about 15 minutes on hold, the phone agent went and searched for my submission and applied the credits for both voyages.

We are booked in A409 and cannot find any pictures of the balcony, not even on youtube.  We had C409 on the Sky and loved it.

Curious if you have any photos of the balcony for Sky C409, we're in that one in December!

  6. Looks like they really want BD balconies. My offer for 8/25 was $149/pp for my BD balcony to mini. No further correspondence yet. The only way they can get me to give up my BD is to offer a moveover.

DW and I really love the BD balconies also. Such good value. I agree it would take quite the offer for us to give it up.

  7. Thank you all. Yes there is a Delta flight later at almost double what I paid. Thanks

This happens frequently. A schedule change of more than an hour will generally allow you to change to another flight that better suits your needs for free. See this link

    1. Research which flights you want to change to (get flight numbers)
    2. Give Delta a call: (1-800-221-1212)
    3. Let them know that you had a schedule change that doesn't work for you, and you'd like to change based on the greater than 60 minute schedule change.
    4. Give them the flights numbers that you want.
    5. They'll do some ticketing magic, and you'll be set!

Let us know how it turns out!

[Edit] Looks like you took care of it before I could pipe in. Travel safe!!
