I designed and printed my own. I'm a designer, so I have a large printer at home. Printed them on canvas to give a nice touch. I'm putting the large "Cruise Control" piece in the middle, and then I made everybody's name that we will scatter around the door!

Just make sure they are fireproof.

We will be in a Suite and have some in inside rooms. Can they board with us at the same time?

We always take a dry eraser board (small) with us. Great for leaving messages to family/friends sharing the room.We had a pad of paper and pens taped to the door so we could leave our families messages telling themWhere we were and stuff and let other people leave us messages. Half way thru they made us take it down [emoji849]

group parties and camping. Has been a lot of fun.

STarting to think, I should quit reading these posts. We are doing the round trip from
San Francisco to Alaska on the Star. June 14. I don't want to hear it is losing power.

Have sailed on both. Will say Carnivale rooms are a little bigger than Princess. The only Princess cruise we went on was roundtrip from San Francisco. The departure period was very crazy. Carnivale has much better system but I think S.F. is a big cause of the problem. The only real difference I see is the cost. You will have fun no matter what ship. Cruising is great.

As we got older, we used the ship's tours more. Our one excursion on Belize, was over an hour late getting back. The ship waited for us. Had we been on a private excursion, we would have been left behind. Cost is a little more, but better than getting left.

We have stayed on the Lido a few times. Like it. We've been told best place is about
the middle of the ship. No matter what deck. If you are on either end, you feel the movement of the ship a lot more.

We have picked the Tahaitian Inn. Mostly because of the shuttles. Going to end up just having a bite to eat and sleeping so we should be alright.
Thanks all
