I designed and printed my own. I'm a designer, so I have a large printer at home. Printed them on canvas to give a nice touch. I'm putting the large "Cruise Control" piece in the middle, and then I made everybody's name that we will scatter around the door!

Just make sure they are fireproof.

  2. We had a pad of paper and pens taped to the door so we could leave our families messages telling them

Where we were and stuff and let other people leave us messages. Half way thru they made us take it down [emoji849]

We always take a dry eraser board (small) with us. Great for leaving messages to family/friends sharing the room.
  3. Have sailed on both. Will say Carnivale rooms are a little bigger than Princess. The only Princess cruise we went on was roundtrip from San Francisco. The departure period was very crazy. Carnivale has much better system but I think S.F. is a big cause of the problem. The only real difference I see is the cost. You will have fun no matter what ship. Cruising is great.

  4. As we got older, we used the ship's tours more. Our one excursion on Belize, was over an hour late getting back. The ship waited for us. Had we been on a private excursion, we would have been left behind. Cost is a little more, but better than getting left.
