I did it in late August and will say this, you will only see one of the Sawyer Glaciers, ship is too big to get in to see the second one. They do offer a ships tour in which you leave the ship and get on Catmarans which take you closer to the Glacier at the ship location and also takes you to the second Sawyer Glacier. It then drops you in Juneau where you meet the ship. Our tour was fantastic as we were very close to land and saw loads of waterfalls, wildlife and several whales. Best excursion we had, worth every dime.
