A friend told me to go to neworleans.com to look at tours...yes signed up for M&M...we are really psyched for this cruise...3 months we head to CR a couple days early

We are on Journey in March with an overnight in New Orleans. Is the port close to any of the sights? Wanna do a city tour...recommendations?

We had never had FTTF before so was just going by the letter they gave to us night before stating be in entertainment lounge at 830 and a CCL employee will escort you to the gangway
When we asked the people if they would call FTTF people when ready he had no clue what I was talking about
Our Immigration agent was not efficient...he wanted to carry on a general conversation instead of processing us and moving on
We were not at risk of missing a flight cause ours was 100 pm
Talked tona couple who were on RCCL and they had a dozen agents and were out in 30 mins

Today though they never acknowleged FTTF debarkation nor did they really even announce zone 1 as we were all coralled in the lounge on deck 3, the entertainent lounge. You could sense during the self disembark that theu were even delaying debarkation during that.

We were zone one, with FTTF priority, and the line to go thru immigration was at least 75 minutes long...we exited at 1000 am which was ok, but my bet is people were still in line well past noon as the line got longer during our wait...the issue was there were only 4 Immigration people working today! And today, there really was no FTTF priority at all!

Really not big soda drinkers, but enjoy a ginger ale especially on a cruise. Whats the breakeven point for an adult as I believe the cost is 6 dollars per day?

We know there is a serenity area on deck 12 forward we believe, but wondered if the endless pool was adult only? We sail on 12/7 and rarin to go

We will be on the 3/21/15 cruise leaving Caldera. Does Azamara generally have a preferred hotel in each embarkation port? If so how far in advance are they usually announced?

The Azamara offerings dont really excite us, but a couple of Celebrity do. Ships Constellation and Silhouette appear to be the choices. We prefer the smaller ship but noticed Silhouette is newer. Is there a pro or con of either ship that would make us choose a particular ship. This will be our first European trip
