  1. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Soualiga 2 years ago and would do it again in a heartbeat. Can’t speak to the others.

Relaxed time with an extremely friendly and flexible captain. Did a beach stop at an amazing beach that had no other visitors yet that day and snorkeled with sea turtles and had a nice lunch at a restaurant on the beach. Decent snorkeling afterwards with just us at the small reef and then some swimming near the airport waiting for planes. It was kid friendly and they had a cooler full of drinks beer/soda waiting for you. 5-10 minute walk from the pier.

  2. I did this in September last year. 2 person kayak. Starts with your usual safety class then load up and kayak through the mangroves for 20 minutes very pretty and some stops to learn about them. Then kayak out into a more open area to get to cas. We snorkeled first when we got to the island and it's a feat reef they are trying to bring back but still OK. No fins provided and they make you wear you lifejacket for some reason. Hike through cas key is informative and the end is quite beautiful. The hermit crab race was not my thing but they did that too. Kayak back the way you came. Overall the no fin and life jacket snorkel could have been better but It's a bit of a swim to the main snorkel area. If you are doing it for the snorkel do something else if you like the nature aspect it was a great tour. I was thinking of doing it again with my daughter this time but she's not the best swimmer so probably skipping it.

  3. We have used motioneaze with our daughter when she was 5 and again at 6 with no negative issues. It reminds me of an essential oil and you put it behind your ear. It has a distinct but not bad or overpowering smell to it initially and we used it as well. No sickness from anyone but neither cruise was rough so ymmv.

  4. Had our 9 month old on Freedom last year and taking her again at 16 months. Bring a stroller if your child will sleep in it and book nights in the nursery the first day as they can fill up. Also they lend out toys to use for the cruise in your cabin or wherever I think there were 5 toys in the bag we got all clean and sanitized.

The pack and play provided was fairly clean and I think they had a sheet for it but we brought one too. It wasn't there until after turndown on the first night so if you need it right away you may have to ask.

    Relax :) you'll have a great time.

  5. We booked a balcony guarantee for 4, and we were just assigned a stateroom with a sofa bed but no Pullman, but we need to have a playpen.

    Has anyone had this configuration?

Last time we had the smaller room, with a Pullman and the smaller couch which we turned sideways and put the playpen next to.

In my mind it seems like our 6-yo is going to need to sleep in the couch( not folded out) in order to fit the playpen in front of the couch.

I was hoping for pictures but I'm sure this setup is unusual.

Hoping for some guidance on how much space there is in the room, and how other people with 4 people in a sofa bed room have fared. I assumed that a sofa bed only room was intended for 3 people, not 4.

  6. I have a few random questions, maybe someone who's cruised this boat before can answer....

If I don't buy the drink package, how easy is it to find free drinks? (Unsweet Tea specifically)

How is the kid care for a 6-yo girl? Fun? Hours for the kids center? What if there aren't a lot of kids, do they combine ages?

I might come up with other random things :) but I'll save them for later.
