In my experience "Referred to Corporate Finance" means that they are processing a check for you BUT don't expect to see it for at least 6 weeks.  The envelope it comes in does not say Princess on it.  If I remember correctly it comes from Bottom Line Technology.  Always take a screen shot of your folio prior to disembarkation.

I was also on the Sky March 11 and had the "old" package.  I could have used my OBC to get one of the desserts but truthfully they looked better suited for a kid's birthday party even though I LOVE my ice cream.  What I did find was at night in the buffet there is a small section that they were scooping ice cream (not sure it was gelato) with either Cherries Jubilee or Peaches flambe style.  Also a hot churro on Churriscaria night OMG 

Estrella and Soliel are mid ship.  Cielo is aft.  Menus are the same

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago.  I  was able to get my original cabin back. 

Mine have been sitting at JFK since Nov 11 @ 11:36 pm. I am leaving out of JFK next week maybe they will bring them to the terminal to me as I board my flight to florida 😉  

Just wanted to weigh in here that my app recognizes me (picture, name and birthday all correct) but does not let me link any of my 6 reservations that I can view on Princess.  Com.  Frustrated.  Using a Samsung Note 20 5G and Samsung Tablets 

Hi everyone.  On the Sky with you all too. At this moment enjoying the balcony view of Princess Cay. 

Really enjoyed Rock Opera last night. Didn't love all the songs but singers and dancers did a great job.  Went to the late show and there were seats available.  

Don't know about you kids but I am definitely in my happy place on a Princess cruise 😊

Does anyone know how to separate 2 cards on one account? I log into my Amex account and have 2 cards available.  I get the offer on 1 card but not the other.  Is it the card that triggers the offer or the login? Thank you 

Bummed out about this.  Great way to spend an afternoon with friends and introduce people to what a modern cruise ship is really like.  I hope Princess will reconsider and perhaps even improve on this program. 😞 

Log in to your Amex account then scroll down the page and look for the Offers.  The offer is from World's Leading Cruise Line.  Click where is says to add. Use the card to pay for your cruise and you will receive a $100 credit when you spend  $500.

I did a BVE yesterday on the Regal. It was the 5th time for us. Always wonderful even with crummy weather. Used to be disembark by 3 PM in paperwork said 4 PM which surprised me. There was a delay getting my FCC posted. That had me concerned but it finally posted. Still a wonderful time.

Would anyone know if you can request firmer pillows onboard? DH finds the pillows way too soft. Since we have to fly down to the port buying some and bringing onboard is a little difficult. TIA

DH & I had the same thing happen to us 2 years ago. We had made a large purchase on board and got the escort downstairs. Got luggage Breezed right through, no line. Had all the paperwork available was no big deal. The stores onboard "should" make you aware that this could happen and not to be alarmed.

The EZCheck sign-up forms that I have seen ask you to indicate any reasons a bag fee should not be charged. Did Princess ignore what you put on the form?

The form was filled out correctly. All items checked. When I got my boarding passes (with TSA precheck) and paperwork I saw the extra $25 baggage charge. I went to Passenger services who pretty much blew me off saying it was not their error and check with the airline. Got to FLL checked with JetBlue, nope not their problem. My ticket was purchased with 1 bag allowed. Followed up with Princess and after 3 weeks a gentleman called to say I would receive a refund in OBC since I had already had cruise fully paid for. So I was happy in the end.

I used EZCheck in December off the Royal. Got my boarding passes the day before and didn't have to hassle printing or downloading to a phone. The problem I ran into was there being an extra charge for a bag that was already included in the cost of my airline ticket (JetBlue). It took a few weeks to straighten it out but in the end I was happy not having to schlep the bags ;)

It was an organized event, some 300+ fans participating. Not sure how it worked but they all had badges that allowed them entry into the special events. I guess everyone also got a special T-shirt with some 2018 logo and we saw several people who also brought their shirts from previous cruises. If I saw them I den't recognized them but I believe Joe Kenda and the actor who plays him, Carl Marino, were aboard.

Very cool! I will have to look into this. He gets a Joe Kenda event and I get to cruise! :)

I am annoyed they don't allow it to be used for ice cream on the Royal/Regal anymore. If there is an expiration date on the one I receive in 2 weeks I will use it on my December cruise and whatever is left on it just hand off to some nice person waiting to board. Thank you very much.

DH loves Joe Kenda / Homicide Hunter show on tv. Was this a fan club kinda cruise or were people from the ID on the cruise as well?

No doubt you will rock the world of the people at the door to the terminal when they don't see your paper ticket lol
