I am a filthy smoker and make sure I stay in the designated areas.  Its not that hard to do.

No offense taken, but considering that I have sailed 5 times before and never have been charged I don't think asking when the change happened is a big deal. It was also not something I really worried about, I mean 8 bucks it not a lot of money unless you use room service a lot. Is this charge common on other lines now as well?

I just got off Allure of the Seas and was surprised to find that they now charge a delivery fee for room service on this ship. It now cost $7.95 each time you order room service. Is this on all RCI ships or just Allure?
