Our daughter will be just shy of two when we sail next May and we had the same dilemma. We decided to go ahead and get her a passport for the aforementioned reasons. I feel better having it and not needing it, than needing it and not having it :)

Awesome review as always! Now I am a little nervous to try the Flowrider. I do not have a surf shirt, but I have a long sleeved Nike dri-fit shirt that I run in sometimes, so I will try that instead. Is the injury risk the same for boogie boarding as surfing on the Flowrider?
How much is the cab to get to the French side of St. Martin?

Totally understand! However, that does not change that fact that the majority of us are waiting with bated breath for your next post :p

BTW I too would like Excel copies of your planning spreadsheets, if you have time please :) My email is mskgee22@yahoo.com
Thanks!

Thanks for the info on embarkation! We will definitely head to one of the "secret decks" on the port side. Also, thanks for the anniversary blessings:)
Look forward to reading more!

Day 1 question: What side of the ship was the house with the flowrider on? I want to be sure we are in the right place when we set sail I gotta see that thing!
Also, where should we go hang out when the ship leaves port? DH is a first time cruiser, and its my first RCL cruise so we don't have any bells and whistles to get the royal treatment :)

I too am subscribing! So far so good and I love the details and parenthetical jokes :)
Thanks for doing this, we cruise next weekend on Oasis to E. Carib so I will definitely be tuning in!

We too are RCCL fans and are looking forward to our upcoming DCL cruise next year.
We booked a 5A verandah, which does include the curtain you can draw to separate the bedroom area which is good. I also understand that DCL cabins are larger in general so you may be fine in a category 5!
