Not sure if Bublr is a typo for Bubly; I'm going to assume so.  Our sailing had Red Bull (original, SF, and the tropical/yellow), Coke, Sprite, Coke Zero, Sprite Zero, Diet Coke, Fanta Orange, Ginger Ale, Ginger Beer. I saw Vizzy (hard seltzer) and Pellegrino, but I didn't see Bubly. They of course will make a seltzer and add a bit of fruit or juice if you'd like. There was a sports drink I believe @New2cruise2022 knows more about it. I think it was exclusive to NCL and came in the same TetraPak as the Flow waters.

A lot of the beverages were offered as fountain and cans. I always opted for cans as the fountain normally meant about 5oz of liquid.

I did spell it wrong--it's actually Bubbl'r, a caffeinated flavored water my younger daughter drinks instead of coffee. My older daughter is a diet dr. pepper addict, and I cannot find anywhere that shows if it's available. She's autistic and change in routine is hard, so I'm hoping that one little thing might be the same. If not, she'll settle for diet coke, but I'm sure I'll hear about it the whole trip. 😛

Thanks again! Your info is very helpful and appreciated!

We never ordered a bottle but we have heard reports that bottle service was the area being controlled more than anything. Stop and get your Vueve at two locations on the way to dinner instead. We never went to dinner empty handed, the bar service was too slow in the restaurant.

I think it depends on the ship and management.  We tried twice to get 4 glasses for a wine bottle we got off the Plus package, but they said no to having our tablemates (Premium) share.  This was just our experience on Joy last month, I've read plenty where others have had better luck.

So if I arrive at dinner with my bottle in hand, it’s mine to share as I please? or will my table mates have to watch me drink the whole bottle?
What are the stipulations on the bottles? Is there a limit per day? Can you take them back to your cabin?

I have not been on Norwegian since the “Free at Sea” was implemented so it’s all new to me.

Old Netflix for sure. As of now, you can order two drinks at a time almost anywhere. I wouldn't count on that being yours and your friends access to higher-shelf booze and them funneling every order for you.

While sailing last week, I would do the coffee run for @New2cruise2022 and myself. While we both had Prem+ it was nice to not have him present when we couldn't drag himself out of bed.

If you're not ordering booze, most of the bartenders will put all drinks on one card. They want things to run smoothly and can't care enough about perfect accounting with 20 people at the bar.

At the end of the day you have to decide what you're comfortable with. Are you sharing your Netflix account with a roommate that you lived with when you signed up, or is it being accessed by someone you used to date and don't talk to anymore. Tipping the bartender in cash is a nice way to smooth over the internal debate. I would have a much better experience if I didn't feel (even if it isn't true) like I was cheating NCL on their behalf or being used by my friends.

Thanks for the info! My friends have their own standard drink package, so it would only be the occasional Starbucks or top shelf drink. Or sharing a bottle of something at dinner.

And we were in each other’s weddings 26 + years ago so more family than roommates 😁

You can do it anywhere provided it is the approved test.  The issue you might run into is that Carnival requires that you have an approved source monitoring you taking the test.   So the test people here are talking about are Binax but they are an extra cost one that requires that you have someone remotly watching you insert the sampler into your head.

It's the school nurse who performs the test, so any idea where I find out if that's acceptable?

I did mine at cvs 2 days prio ( Thurs). My wife works at a prison and she was done at work. WE do not have rapid at the stores anywhere in this area. My backup was to test at POM. When we got to  MIA neither of us had results. So we went ahead and had the rapid done there. Negative, she got results Friday night at 11 pm. I got mine at 8 am on Sat. So we would have been ok but glad we got it done and decreased anxiety.

(OK, I hope this doesn't post twice...I lost my comment somewhere.)

Does it matter WHERE we test as long as it's an approved type? I can test with Binax rapid through work (school) and I get a result from our state lab. But I don't want to assume that's fine and have a repeat of my coworker who went to Hawaii only to be refused at the airport -- IN HAWAII. He had to fly back home.

Also, I just heard on the news that the govt is requiring insurance to reimburse up to 8 home tests per person per month...if you can get them!

If you're asking if you can book two rooms on the same sailing, it won't let me, I would imagine you can't unless you're comps are high enough to offset the second room costs.  This is standard land casino practice, only the gambler is given one room so I'd be very surprised if anyone else can besides high rollers who elect to allocate their comps for a second room.

For me, it let's me book multiple sailings on the same offer, however.

No I wasn't trying to book more than one. It changed the rate when I clicked on Review Trip Details. Probably sold out or was a typo. It's gone now.

  7. Do they only have one room at these promo rates? Because on my VIFP offers I have one showing $26 pp and another showing $36 pp and when I click through they jump to $2xx or $3xx something. But when I go back out and refresh, it's still showing the promo rates. 😠

  8. One more thing (and thanks for all the help!!) is there any chance I'll get a deal offer for the drink package? If not, I'll just go ahead and pay for it now. But it would be just my luck that I'd pay for it and then in a day or two see a better offer... 😛
