There is a store as soon as you get off the ship . Then you have to board a bus to get anywhere else in the city .

I waited a couple of weeks with no reply. I then called directly and the gentleman had my loyalty match updated within five minutes . It's amazing what a quick phone call can do .

I used them for two excursions on my cruise Dec1-8 on the norwegian dawn . They are fantastic . I highly recommend them to anyone . We had no problems what so ever.
