Is there a good viewpoint for the Kilauea Lighthouse on Kauai without having to enter the preserve and make advance reservations?

We will be in Bermuda next Wednesday, April 19th & Thursday, April 20th. Does anyone know if the orange ferry service to St. George will be operating and if so what the schedule is? On the website it says ferry service resumes in April but doesn't give any dates. Would really help my sightseeing plans to know this. Thanks.

I will be away from January 16 to January 31:) We are going for a 2 weeks trip to Cuba for some sun!

We are booked on a cruise a couple of weeks later in May but are considering switching to this one. Is there much difference in weather, tour openings, road closures, etc. if we decide to go the first of May versus leaving on the 17th?
