OK, so on Royal with the soda program, I go to a machine and get my soda. How many machines do they have on the ship? Is there one in every bar, open deck, and the theater? (Not trying to be sarcastic – just curious)

I guess I am just lazy, but I enjoy sitting back and having a waiter bring me my soda. I always buy a soda card and only a couple of times have I had a waiter not bring my soda or avoid me after finding out I had a soda card. Most the time they bring me a soda before I even order it.

I also prefer can soda over fountain.

The vault is on all of Carnivals ships.

Yes, it’s the vault. Looks soooo easy but many people walked away empty handed. It costs $1.00 to play and you have to line up a key to the keyhole to win. The prizes are $100, $200 and an ipod and $500.

I did see a few people win – including one lady that put a $5.00 bill in and won the ipad and $500 on her FIRST try.

I love to cruise with my hubby but to have some time away with one of the kids (or two) is also great.

He has never complained and has gone on other trips without me and I have never felt bad about it.

YES I agree with you. I need to book another cruise just so I can try this idea. I am already packed for my cruise next week.:)
