We just got off the Mardi Gras. We had a 12:30 check in time and got there about 12. They let us join the line and honestly it looked worse than it was. From the time we got to the garage to the ship was 30 minutes. The big waste of time is people who do not have their documents out and ready. We used the Verifly app and it made things faster. They look at your ready to sail page and use the picture you upload for your SandS card. The lines do look crazy but they move, just have your stuff out and ready to go once you get there.
