Hi,

I left my laptop charging cord ( microsoft surface ) at the Hesperia Presidente hotel.  If you are staying there pre cruise would you please go to the desk and pick it up for me.  I called them and they were going to contact the Princess rep, but no success so far.  If you can grab it and bring it to guest relations I would be most grateful.  If you tell guest relations it is for David Hersh cabin B735 I think this will work.

We met Eddie during his first week with Princess.  He had just left The World and was changing job positions every two weeks to learn his way around.  He is a wonderful addition to Princess and as you said a Great guy !

I just was able to get my e visa for Brazil in 48 hours. I had to send a current photo and a copy of my passport on line and was approved in 2 days. If you are joining us around South America maybe this site can help you out.

We did the escape room on the Regal in Nov. It was well done. Groups of 8 although it was Lobster night and Carol and I were the only two that showed up. It is nice to see something new.

HI,

I spoke directly to RCL by phone. I was looking for a back to back where I did not have to switch rooms. The RCL rep told me they only release - even to them - 8 rooms per category at a time. I found the agent very helpfull and patient and she was able to skip the restriction and find what I needed. I hope they can do the same for you.

Hi, i find the back of the ship has some vibrations to it and the balconies are not very private. I think with the wonderful private dining in blu for breakfast and dinner makes the aqua class worth the few extra dollars. You also get unlimitted use of the persian gardens which is a wonderful place to relax

As much as we love Celebrity, I am upset at the price drop after final payment denial of credit. Most annoying was I had final payment due on the 5th for the Reflection and on the 7th I receive an email with special prices for NY showing $658 price reduction. Talk about a slap in the face. I realize the bookkeeping (one of the only words in am language with 3 sets of double letters ) nightmare refunds would be but on board credit or future cruise credit would be nice. I wrote to Celebrity and told them it hurts all the wonderful hard work the crew puts in to make our vacations wonderful. As mentioned often, punishing the crew is not the answer. I just needed a place to vent and did not feel it was worth beating a dead horse by starting an entirely new cruise.
