We've been told by AZ that they will reimburse us for cancelation fees for our airline tickets.
They will pay up to $500 per person for cancelation fees for air and hotels. We haven't received that yet. We did get a credit on our credit card for the AZ deposit. The letter said it would be a full refund, but they kept $50 out of each of our deposits? They promised a full refund!! TA will follow up on that. What away to do business!
We're thinking about taking a Celibrity cruise next fall to Canada/New England instead. I hope we have better luck with that.

This cruise has officially been canceled!! It is now a charter. We are very disappointed, and we have canceled the second half of our b2b cruise, also. We booked because the first week because the itinerary was perfect. We made it a b2b so that we had a longer cruise. There was no reason to go ahead with the second week now. This was to be our second cruise with Azamara. We cruised with them in Feb. on a Calif. coastal cruise and loved it. We were really looking forward to cruising with them again. This has left a bad taste in our mouth. If we ever do try Az. again, I would never book far in advance. We booked a year ahead, and I don't consider that to be all that far ahead. This cruise was canceled 9 months out.

You are right about hotels and flights. We have a hotel booked in Rome and the return flight booked. Seriously thinking about canceling.

We are booked on this cruise leaving from Civitavecchia to Barcelona. Some friends have decided to book it, too. When they tried to book it, it was not available because of "inventory adjustment". When you look on line, that cruise is no longer listed. Apparently, there is a large corporate charter they are working on for this cruise. Our travel agent is checking on it for us, but no more info yet. Is anyone else booked on this cruise?
Aqua passengers - Is Blu less crowded now that Luminae is open?

We were on the Summit in Oct. We noticed quite a few suite passengers coming to Blu for breakfast. I think it is because Luminae opened later than Blu. So, there was a line to get in. I don't know why the two restaurants didn't open at the same time. That should take care of the problem.
