I understand some ports allow you to take pre-packaged (but unopened) food/snacks off the ship along with bottles of water. Does anyone know if Bermuda allows this?

I have never been to Coco Cay but have a stop there next June :D I know it's under construction now and most of it should be completed by then. Is there a map of the newly renovated island that is coming? I've seen the animated video but I can't get a handle of the locations...specifically the beach bungalow vs oasis lagoon cabanas vs chill island cabanas? Thanks for any help!

The ones in the casino when they're half priced
Ha! Normally that would be a consideration however, the drink package takes cares of that. Looking for best spot for a quality Bloody Mary.

Never been to St Martin...headed there on a Monday 1-8pm with my family of 5 and my parents- we have a private driver for the day. My family and I would like to find a nice beach with loungers and food. I know lots of choices ;) Here's the problem, my mom can't do sun/beach for various reasons. Is there a nice beach for my family (kids are 16,14,8) with a lovely restaurant in close proximity for my parents? A restaurant with a view would be bonus too! (I'm thinking close proximity would mean 5-10 minute drive from on another).
Thank you for any and all suggestions!

I'm trying to figure out the times for the express bus route from Dockyard to Horseshoe Bay. Did I miss something on the schedule or did they do away with that?

There is a buffet at Barefoot...we also had an over-the-water on Nellie's and our cabana attendant gave us the wristbands to eat at Barefoot. We were assigned a cabana close to Barefoot so it was a VERY short walk over to the buffet. Food was great and it was nice not to eat with a crowd.
Thanks for sharing. I guess they don't put a fork/knife on the map at Barefoot because not everyone can use it.

Going to be at Labadee for the first time this June. I was looking at a map (provided by someone here on cc) to see where the Barefoot beach buffet is located and didn't see a fork/knife symbol on map near Barefoot? Do suite guess use the buffet in Dragons square? We have an over the water cabana at Nellies but booked before Oct 4 so we'll be able to use the upgraded buffet... If I can find it. Thanks for your help.

We are set to do this in June. I made the reservations back in October and the owner was very easy to get in touch with (a few rings and someone picked up). He answered all my questions and was very friendly/helpful.

Almost all shops in Marigot and Grand Case close from at least 1-3 in the afternoon.
Depending on the traffic it should take you about 15 minutes from Marigot to Grand Case.
Wow, thanks for letting me know. I had no clue the shops close from 1-3pm in Marigot and Grand Case. Do you happen to know how late they are open...3pm-?

We'll be in St. Martin from 1-8pm on a Monday in June. Traveling with hubby, 3 kids (17,15, 9) and parents. Will probably hire a private driver for the day (not sure how to do this otherwise). Is this possible?...
*first stop- Maho to see the airplanes (30/40 min?)
*second stop-Mullet Bay for some beach time (1 1/2- 2hrs?)
*third stop- Marigot and/or Grand Case for some shopping (not sure how much time would allow for this?)
More questions:
* What time do the shops close on a Monday in Marigot and/or Grand Case?
* If the guys don't want to shop in Marigot, the thought would be to drop them off at Calmos Café in Grand Case while the ladies shop. How far is it from Marigot shopping to beach/food at Calmos Café in Grand Case?
I'd appreciate any other ideas you may have. Thanks!

Beer bags on ship though?? Don't think I could drink enough every day to validate drink package. Would love to be able to buy bag, and keep "extras" in the room on ice.
My exact reason which prompted me to ask about the beer bags. On our last cruise it awesome having cold beers on ice in our room while enjoying the seas from our balcony...and the beer bags were a great deal! (At the time, beverage packages weren't available). This time around we are going for 9 nights. I'm contemplating a beverage package but I don't think I can drink enough for 9 days straight to validate the package. If the beer bags are still available my dilemma is solved.

Thanks for that info!
I don't know if the bags are available, but if they are, they would not be part of any beverage package.
I would like to know if the beer bags are available because if they are, I won't buy a beverage package. Hopefully someone will know? -
With all the different beverage packages, can someone tell me if the beer bags are still available on Explorer?

Bummer, wish you did afternoon trips. Thanks for quick reply!

Our ship is in port from 12:15-8pm during the month of June. Has anyone been with Captain Bob during those hours. If so, how was it? Do you have dinner instead of lunch? Do you make the same stops?

Can anyone tell me if EOS has beer bags/buckets like other RC ships? If so, what exactly does it entail...beer choices, price, etc...
Can you bring food/drinks off the ship?
