Generally speaking and assuming no high winds, do ships still dock at Ocean Cay on a rain day?

Our next cruise is the Divina sailing from Miami. We are YC.
 

When completing the on-line check in, our earliest boarding time is 3pm. That seems a bit late based on our experience with other cruise lines. Would like to hear from others who sailed YC, were you able to board earlier than 3pm?
