Awesome! THANK YOU :)

Is the only opportunity to see Dora and the other characters at the PJ breakfast? Or do they have any Meet and Greet type of activities on the ship at other times?
Also, I've seen Sponge Bob and Dora, are there any other characters at the breakfast?

Curious about your experiences leaving a toddler age child in the late night programs? Were there quite a few younger kids.... or was it mostly older? Do the kids wear their jammies and have a comfy place to sleep?
We're sailing the NCL Getaway with a 3 year old and will be using a cruise line's children's program for the first time. My hubby and I are contemplating one "us" night to catch a show or few drinks, but I am hesitant about leaving my son in the evening. Quite honestly, I doubt he'll even go for it since I still have to lay down with him so he falls asleep! :) But if it's a "fun" sleepover kind of situation with movies and other younger kids, maybe he'll go for it.
While each child is different, would be very helpful to hear how it went for others.
Thanks!

So excited - just booked Getaway again for a March sailing for a much-needed escape from the NYC winter. Going with a friend who has only sailed on the Jade before, so think she will be really impressed!
Thank you SO much for taking the time to post all the photos and to write a review, us future cruisers truly appreciate it.! We're leaving on the Getaway 4/5, can't wait!!

We've been on the Epic 3 times - LOVE it! I think it would definitely be best for a 3 yr old. There is a splash pool with tiny slides - mostly shaded. The Nic characters are also lots of fun. My DD loves the kids club. We also like Princess - just not as much for kids or adults to do - just my opinion. The entertainment on the Epic is fabulous!
Thanks to all who responded! We booked the NCL Getaway (was actually cheaper than the Epic!) These forums are so helpful, appreciate everybody's time.

Any recommendations as to which has a better kids program for a 3 yr old toddler? Seems like NCL has the bells and whistles with Nickelodeon, but I'm more concerned with the quality of kids program activities and accessibility. Thanks in advance!
