  1. There is only one airline that calls Atlanta home that I know. It's initials stand for "deliver every living thing (to) Atlanta":D

Flew home from Venice through Paris and then ATLANTA to get to Houston last month. Don't know how we managed to go directly from Houston to Paris on the way out, but it could be that even though the Atlanta airline ticketed us, the flight was Air France.

Really enjoyed your posts. Waiting impatiently for the final installments.

Actually it stands for .... Dont Expect Luggage To Arrive LOL :p

on numerous times this is happened...that's why I try not to fly with them anymore....anyway, don't want to Hijack the thread with nonsense

Take your time writing up the last of the trip report ;)

  2. LOL it's so narrow and tight, believe me you wouldn't go too far.

Thanks for reading! I'd say give Carnival a try. I know people have said bad things about them on the RC boards, but I've also read bad things about RC on the Carnival boards. I once read a review from someone on one of my sailings and it was as if we were on two different cruises. He had a lot of negatives, and I had a lot of positives. I think a lot of people try Carnival after hearing bad things and start looking for something wrong. Take it all with a grain of salt and have an open mind to trying something new. You just might like it! Check out my review from my Valor cruise. If this doesn't convince you that you can have a good time on a Carnival cruise, nothing will! ;)

Thanks for the feedback. I will definetly read your review! I'm trying to get some of my friends to come with us sometime in the summer and there are great deals on carnival as I know my friends won't pay more to do RCL. So if my friends give the green light then I'll be on carnival next year. If not then I might just do a land vaca with the girlfriend.

  3. Iced tea in MDR on all RCCL ships. Coffee, iced tea and hot tea are what they serve as the beverage with no additional cost.

The iced tea on the trays in the windjammer/cafe promenade is "unsweetend". The lemonade always tasted so good! However I couldn't say the same for the Apple juice and sometimes the orange juice. WAY to watered down, mostly the apple juice

  4. Yes to lockers, showers and towels.

In fact the showers are normal-sized! Much larger than the ones in the cabins.

To get a locker take your seapass up the spiral staircase to the spa desk. They will hold your seapass for you and give you a key to a locker. The keys are on a wristband so you can wear it if you like. Quite handy.

    Thank you very much!!

    2 days away, I can't wait :D

  5. Hello,

I'm hoping to utilize the gym at least a couple of days on my 9niter, even if it's just 15min on the treadmill. Are there lockers & showers at the gym?

As for the lockers are they secured with like a key or via coins, or is it just freely open? I'm not worried about theft or anything like that, but just wondering.

If there are showers, do they supply towels?

    Thanks everyone!

This website has EVERYTHING you need to know, plus see about each ship in the voyager class. In this case look at the information for Explorer of the seas, and they will have pictures of the promenade state rooms.

    Enjoy your trip!
